Addressed: Make grid column count a variable #60 #78

Set variable in theme-variables {{columnCount}} -- this is populated through the cs-grid. Have done an initial HS check to make sure it is populating/generating according to the column number.

@TheWebTech For some reason the ' + 1' wasn't rendering when in the logic loops. The |add() function did the trick... so I stuck with it.
