installation assistant crashing #35

cm13 installed (from otg) via twrp
after reboot & optimizing apps installation assistant starts
choosing language (German), wifi (connected), leaving provider (Vodafone) active, pressing next
"installation assistant closed"
assistant restarts, same result

happens again & again, removing sim reproduces same result at pressing next on screen "no sim inserted"

Did you installed Google Apps?

I confirm without gapps probably isn't working.

@arrrgggghh for first you have to install previous build e.g: cm-13.0-20160504-UNOFFICIAL-a5ultexx.zip and then latest build: cm-13.0-20160709-UNOFFICIAL-a5ultexx.zip
