OPX-NeidonPlus interferes with scatterer configs with AVP, Kcalbeloh, and OPM #4

I haven't quite gotten to the bottom of this, but if you install Kcalbeloh, AVP, and OPM with OPX-NeidonPlus, the scatterer atmospheres do not work properly:

Ah here's the problem, probably:

Top-level patches like this one apply to all nodes that match, so you're ending up with multiple copies of some of the atmosphere and ocean nodes:
