[FEATURE REQUEST] Trigger Lidarr "Refresh & Scan" on download finish #13

Trigger Lidarr "Refresh & Scan" when the downloading process is finished, this is especially useful when the download directory is the same as Lidarr's root/media directory.

Nevermind, the library_scan_on_completion config option already achieves this.
