Skintone selector is not available for re-selection

Describe the bug After selecting emoji with custom skintone user is not able to change that skintone for this emoji.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select emoji with skintone
2. try to select same emoji with other tone

Expected behavior User is able to change skintone
