Add support of custom emotes like slack does
Describe the solution you'd like
CustomEmotes should support either a local image source or a distant url image source.
CustomEmotes should support also "recently used" existing feature.
CustomEmotes should be available to be searched.
CustomEmotes should be referenced in a customEmote specific category
