add portuguese translation (pt.ts)
add pt.ts to index.tsx file

Hi @urboypx, It would be really nice to have Portuguese translation, so i allowed myself to fix this yarn.lock issue on a separate branch because you probably removed the fork or made it unpublic. Anyway, thank you for your contribution 🚀
