Change $applyArmorPen and $applyProtPen to @ModifyExpressionValue #33

Fixes #32 -

Just reimplemented the old mixins, using the new ths() helper.

Protection/armor calculations seem to work as expected with Obscure API installed. Obscure's Penetration attribute also seems to still be working
