Changed css to allow settings menu to scroll #10

Hi

Sorry I was really busy these last twoish weeks so didn't get a chance to work on this till now but it the settings menu can scroll now. The change was in src/css/_windows.scss.

I will look and test it soon. If it works I will release a new update with the changes. Thanks for the contribution and for following the project structure and guidelines!

Sorry for the big delay, I had some personal circumstances to take care of. After seeing your changes I re-implemented the scrolling behavior in a slightly different way. It should fill your needs. The new 1.5.2 version contains the changes.
