Adds a base box, that can be used to 'replenish' mobile boxes (replaces one with a full one)
Module to set limitations on the box, on how many replenishments - can define unlimited, broken down by box type

Please note: this shouldn't be used a lot, only in situations where you find yourself using a lot of boxes, as to cut down on object count impacting performance. Could also be used in defence operations to give the Sgt something to do. Potential future expansion can include resupplying the box itself

Solves #273. More information there as to how this operates. Will post modset changelog on site explaining how to use.
