[SUGGESTION] Port Zeus Modules #354

Is your feature related to a problem? Please describe. Achilles/Ares is deprecated, and we utilise a fraction of the total toolset with it including a lot of duplicate functionality.

Describe the solution you'd like The mod is released under a permissive license that'll allow us to adopt, adapt and utilise. We should look at porting over functionality that's useful, and adapt to work better with our framework (for example, make some features also 3DEN modules or work with our medical/caching etc.).

Ross' List of Very Nice Things:

Some of these are done by ACE, but not to a satisfactory level. Some are done by our framework, but aren't exposed to Zeus. Some are done by ACE/Framework, and I can't really see how it'd be functionally different (e.g. Surrender Unit).

One feature I want to add to the list is the Artillery module. Works pretty well in actually requiring a physical piece of Arty. Only downside is that it doesn't have a programable delay, so it shoots as fast as the unit permits which tends to be way to fast.

ALSO Extremely important module is add/remove Editable Objects. I can't believe I forgot about that one haha
