This pull request will:

Requires a 700mb mod, that'll also add a bunch of coldwar era appropriate equipment & uniforms (french & first indochina war vietnamese) which is good enough for AI, but not grand for players to use. Don't fret over not accepting, or feel pressured into it. Have sat on the branch for a fortnight, just making a pull request whilst tidying up existing branches.
