This pull request will:

Increase Saline carried by medics in CW, Millen and Modern
Delete unneeded Unit Capture data from Op Calvados in TWC Flavour
Give Medics in Millen and Modern more appropriate weapons
Give all Vehicle Commanders Map Tools
Give 1990s Tank/Vehicle Crew correct weapons
Give all Carbines a SUSAT
Give all Tank Crew post 1990s a helmet
Remove unneeded code from several units
Correct Modern SF Grenadier Grenades
Remove Apex Dependency for Modern SF
Change the LLM to CUP version
Change SF radios to 152s
Give Android mini cTabs to all SF non command roles
