Renaming/repairing items with colored text breaks the color #124

This is fairly easy to reproduce, and looking at it in an editor it looks like what happens is the anvil drops the § character. You end up with names like "5Iron Sword"

Hmm...might remove the name thing altogether.

Removing this feature for now.
