Levelcap issues #86

The Level limit on items is restricted to 7 unless both the server & client have the level cap changed on both sides. I'm not sure if this is intentional or a bug, but I don't see this documented anywhere on the wiki,

Hmm, that isn't intentional. I'll look into fixing that the next version.
