6 years ago I haven't done any balancing with default stats / how attack speed is scaled. But I'll look into re-working this when I get a chance.

This is more of a balance complaint than a bug, but at higher levels daggers are super fast to swing and deals more damage than equal level/rarity swords and maces, sorry for so many issue reports.
