I did alot on this one.

Added SQLite support.
Cleaned up config.
Added a alias for Slay (Kill)
Added a dedicated Admin Chat Function.
Added better Print/Chat Messages. The new ones are way easier to use, and are alot more consistent.
Went through every command single file and changed the messages, allowed for consoles to execute commands properly, and generally just cleaned it up to look nicer.
Probably missed a few minor things I forgot about. Oh well.
