I'd like to see syncing of extension configuration.

i.e. my scripts in greasemonkey and my adblock blocklist should remain synced.

Yup.

Actually browser sync was originally designed to support this kind of thing. It 
is
designed modularly, so that new syncable "components" can be plugged in 
relatively
easily.
