I only get 3000 minutes per month of using github actions. If I run it once an hour and each action takes about 35mins, then within 4 days it will completely stop and won't run till the end of the month. That's why I've left it as 12 hours. Even an 8hour schedule will run out by 28 days and I have other actions that I run too. So I think 12 hours is currently the ideal choice.
