Several Issues found!!!!!!

Don't use pin 14 for vibrator directly! It consume much current which will fry our MCU!
Don't use strapping pin 45 as keypad matrix. Replace 45 with pin 1.
Don't use strapping pin 46 as TFT_MISO. Replace 46 with pin 2.
Take Proper steps for reverse polarity protection,Power Supply noise!!!!
