enemy dispenser noise bug #77

When holding use on a hp/armor dispenser on the enemy team, the error/cant use sound is repeated rapidly until someone lets go of the use button, rather than playing once and stopping.

Fixed on... Uhh... RC2? Public RC1? Version still undefined, but it's fixed now :)
