Adding a Matrix chat to the README.md

This adds links to the chatroom #dcs-on-linux on Hackint.org. Thought it might be nice to have to share experiences with DCS World setup and usage on Linux?

Just created this room (and am quite new to DCS on Linux myself), thought it might be helpful for people who want to get started with DCS on Linux? And it's just a suggestion, but I thought people on Linux might prefer IRC/Matrix over Discord, for example. I'd also be happy to give other people privileges to the channel (and in fact would be happy handover and remove mine).

If something like this already exists then let me know and other than that please ignore :-).

Or another option I was thinking about was to ask for an extra category on https://forum.dcs.world/. Would have the advantage of making Eagle Dynamics aware that there are interested Linux users. Maybe that could be nice anyway?

Or to ask for a channel on Eagle Dynamic's DCS World Discord server. But it currently requires identification by phone number and I'm very reluctant to give Discord my phone number... And well, like I said before, Linux users are often more used to and happy with IRC or Matrix anyway?

There is already a small matrix over at https://matrix.to/#/#dcs-on-linux:matrix.org. Only 3 people so far, so perhaps yours is bigger?

That might indeed be useful. In the past, ED have ignored linux when I've asked them about it, but now it's semi-officially supported on the steam deck, so perhaps that stance has changed.
