Splendid. Just fyi: I'll be releasing a new version sometime this week or later. You might wanna keep your eye out for that :)

Do core manifests get updated by the repo owners or their contributors (you in this case)?

@TheZoraiz they got updated by actions, if something changes in the structure of the actual package itself, it'll need a manual update, but 99% of the time it's just actions bumping a new version, excavator actions runs happen every few hrs.

Now with that being said, if something does need a change, it's usually contributors, sometimes members step in, but generally in contributor made PRs. Either way, if something does happen, I'll def keep an eye out to fix it and PR it back.
