This ticket added filters and an app bar to the recipe view.

Filters on the front-end are working, however the database will need to be updated in order for it to work as "intended" on the back-end.

Basic feature description:

This ticket added functionality for the 'filters' tab in the database. Firestore only allows for 10 strings to be searched for at once, meaning the cap for filters will be at 10. This ticket also added an app bar.

The database needs to be updated

Recommendations for Testing:

Currently, only clicking on "American" and "Asian" recipes will bring up results as they're the only recipes within the database that have the correct data.

Recommendations for Code Review:

Make sure app bar works, filtering still works as intended from the search bar, and "american" and "asian" each bring up a different recipe.

Tested by adding data to database that will mirror what it will look like after web scraping.
