Preparation for update 0.3.0

Will be changing to 0.3.0 to better fit a normal version number

• New features/changes:

  • Crumbling Castle and TV Tower bosses are now locations
  • Specter 1 and 2 are now sent while dealing the last hit to the boss, instead of when their respective credits play
  • Reworked local monkeys : They now instantly send after capturing instead of on room transition

• Fixes:

  • Fixed getting ejected from 5-3 Hot Spring immediately to Gladiator Attack, even without the key
  • Fixed accessing levels early by capturing all of monkeys in the current unlocked world last level (1-3, 2-3, 4-3, etc.)

• Core:

  • Separation of room detection for local checks by "bossListLocal" versus "monkeysListLocal"
  • Added some useful RAM address for later
  • Cleaned the code a bit with unused stuff
