Documentation : Update the install documentation properly

What task needs to be completed?

Need to include a "doc" folder in the project and start documenting how to install this apworld and configure Bizhawk to run it This will require a "setup_en.md" file (And I can do a French traduction if needed 😄 )

Basic documentation done,will need to adjust later but it's a good start.
