There was a Discussion on Dicord since there were missing early locations for certain option combo and generation failed. It could be fixed by adding Mailboxes as locations,since it would provide early enough locations to generate the seeds while all options are off.
There is two types of mailbox : Red and blue
Red requires to hit the mailbox and Blue triggers automatically when you're near it.
IHNN already made an estimation of 54 mailboxes (excluding training rooms)
Base logic seems mostly done,we would need to map them and find how to differenciate them by code
