Badges broken in README #16

I missed this, but there should be only one Badge at the moment for this project. We do not have a Docker or Release workflow (GitHub Action) for this project.

The "CI" badge needs the URL changed to have the CI component match the name of the YAML file that defines the GitHub Action:

I think. I always have to play around the URLs to get the badges to work.

@volks73 Should the name of the badge be renamed to CI or something else?

The badge name, text in square brackets, should be "CI".
