Windows Installation doesn't see JDK #23

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Download Callimachus-Setup-0.16.exe to Windows XP SP3
2.JAVA_HOME=C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_30 and JDK_HOME=C:\Program 
Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_30.
3.Double-click on the Callimachus-Setup-0.16.exe file to start installation.

What is the expected output? Expected output is the first screen of the 
installation process.

What do you see instead? Warning dialog box (see attached screen shot)

What version of the product are you using? 0.16 downloaded today, April 5, 2012 

On what operating system? XP SP3

Please provide any additional information below.

The installation continues without further incident, but it appears that there 
are sections missing from the site. There are two sections missing from the 
Site Map and when I try to follow the video tutorial I see that there are menu 
items missing from the left navigation menu. See attached screenshots.

Thanks for reporting this. We will improve the process for the next release. 
However, the menu was intentionally reduced since the video tutorial was 
recorded. Most of the functionality of the removed menu items is now in the 
gear pop in the folder view.
