Duplicates in diverted resources

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to: 
http://demo.3roundstones.net/diverted;http%3A%2F%2Fusepa.3roundstones.net%2Fnaic
s%2F2007%2F221113?describe
2. Notice that duplicate entries are not removed but listed out fully.
3. Navigate to: http://usepa.3roundstones.net/naics/2007/221113?describe
4. Notice that the same address prior to being diverted does not have all the 
duplicates listed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is a unique property when duplicates are listed.

The triples are duplicated because they appear in multiple 
http://demo.3roundstones.net/rdf/2012/nuclear/data/*.rdf files on demo.3rs, but 
only in http://usepa.3roundstones.net/frs/naics.rdf.ttl on usepa.3rs.
