App doesn't show all Sidebar Sections

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download Callimachus zip
3. Run ./callimachus-setup.sh
4. Run ./callimachus-start.sh
5. Log into http://localhost:8080/

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to see 'Resources' and 'Administation' sections

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
callimachus-0.17 on OSX 10.7.4

Please provide any additional information below.

These menu entries have been moved to the folder view under the gear icon.

I don't see a gear icon anywhere.

Click on the "home folder" menu entry then click on an icon in the upper left 
of a large square in the middle of the screen. The tooltip says "Create 
something new".
