Windows 8.1/7 support possible? #30

Vulcan claims to support 7/8.

w8.1 support could be dependant on the latest graphics drivers, but amd's is fairly outdated now. I'm on 18.8.2

Do you know any specifics as to which methods used are not supported?

Windows 7 and 8.1 is supported. I was using a really old driver version. Updated to Adrenalin-2020-Edition-20.9.2-Sep29 on w8.1
