I18n for some texts in comment form #48

These labels should be localizable.

Hey there amigo,

I just wanted to apologize for not getting to this earlier. Just been busy with the new version of Foundation for sites and trying to get it up and running.

I added your changes to the next version of WP-Forge. I had meant to do it sooner, however, as I stated before, I was focused in other areas.

Thanks for the effort, its greatly appreciated.
