You can notice here that all content is placed inside another container with overflow: scroll:

I guess it's because the way tabs are nested inside the modal here. I'm not even sure if nested tabs are allowed inside modal.

@moldcraft Actually padding is correct. I'm sorry. Scroll and border is still a problem.
