How do we Install extensions manually? #3698

I have gone through all related issues[#1577, #1579, #3012, #2307], but I did not found updated files.

nevermind just downloaded the release and uploaded it to the extensions folder.

can you please tell me how did you do the update manually? All my extension installations are failing. And i dont know which files to download and where to put it . Can you please help me out.
