Phlox Pro theme demo media is not importing #4222

Hi, I tried to istall theme on my wordpress website, When it come to importing media ti get stuck on it. I tried to Install it without demo media and It get Installed buy I need demo media. So please help me with that. I tried everything. I reset everything and tried again but still stuck on imporing demo media.
