"Cannot create temporary directory" when trying to download extensions #4291

Hey,

I recently tried to install extensions like "Portfolio" and "Mega Menu" but each time I tried it gave me the same error "Cannot create temporary directory".

I will attach a photo to make it clear to you what is going on.

Could anyone please help me out what I should do?

What are the requirements of this plugin to work on WordPress?
