themes.php?page=fw-settings not working on Linux GoDaddy Host but works for other hosts

I have Linux host on GoDaddy with PHP 8.1 and mySQL. I noticed lately that installed theme "Kerge" Appearance --> Theme Settings throws me to 404, while I used 2 other Linux hosting, themes.php?page=fw-settings is working fine and give all parameters.

I made backup of working host WP, mySQL database and moved everything to GoDaddy host to ensure everything is identical, but I still get 404 error and Unyson looks broken, even with same plugins here and there nothing touched with latest WP version installed.

Also, I tried using different PHP versions with same issue.
