Plugin contains an unpatched security vulnerability #4333

I use Unyson for a website. I also use the Wordfence plugin and it showed me this:

Critical Problems:

Is the plugin no longer available? No updates? What is recommended as a replacement?

sorry for the duplicate, but couldn't find anything in the search :(

But the other thread doesn't offer much help either and on the patchstack page it says: No patched version available.
