Fix typos and removed cloning again from `install.py` #14

I fixed some typos in the README.md, in the manual installation section

Also, I removed a part from the install.py file, because the only way to install the program is by having already the necessary files (right?) So cloning the repo again is kinda wasterful, if this isn't the case, sorry
