Try to replace https://github.com/ThemeTony/hugo-theme-tony/blob/main/configI18N/config.zh.toml#L91-L96 with

    [markup.highlight]
        codeFences = true
        guessSyntax = true
        hl_Lines = ""
        lineNoStart = 1
        lineNos = false
        lineNumbersInTable = true
        noClasses = true
        style = "monokai"
        tabWidth = 4

This is the configuration of my blog. You can find the style on the Hugo document.
