Describe the bug:
The list of pages created when saving the form with the selection of the option "none" in the list of existing pages is not displayed
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1.- Enter the Integrate Pages tab
2.- Click on the "add a page to your budypress member profile" button
3.- Select the option "None" in the list of existing pages, fill in the other fields and save.
Expected behavior:
The list of pages that were already registered should be displayed.
