Reloading the config does not reload the config #3

While the plugin does say that it reloads the config, it does not actually change any values.

I changed the PAYMENT_MESSAGE to have a different color, however reloading did not change the color (or text).

The plugin honestly a proof of concept. It is poorly coded and is buggy. I plan on recoding this plugin sometime in the future for production use, but for now I would stay away from it.
