Thank you for your code. When I typed python main.py. I faced: 1) image. 2) I saw model inclue pt.tar, not .py. Can you share model file by .py format? Thank you. image Thank you @TheoEst.

Hello, 1) To run the code, go to the parent folder (for you "task_04") and then execute the "python -m hippocampus_registration.main ...." command. You have to keep the name of the folder "hippocampus_registration" and not "hippocampus_registration-main".

2) I am sorry, I will not be enable to share you the .py model file, only the pth.tar
