i am having trouble getting the shop to work #72

I have the luckperms installed gave myself the carrotshop.admin perm i tried [buy] [sell] [abuy] [ibuy] i hit the chest with redstone it says stored item(you can see in bottom left corner) hit the sign and nothing happens. i tried re downloading it couple times. all out of ideas

Are you close to 0 0 by any chance? If you are, make sure you set spawn-protection=0 in your server.properties or at least leave the protected area.

ty for replying and nope. i set spawn to have no protection. already thought of that one lol

I re-read your message. carrotshop.admin will only give you admin permissions, you will also need carrotshop.create if you want to create regular signs.

You can also use /lp verbose on <your username> to find out what permission you are missing

perm i also gave myself those perms when i was in the processes of trying everything to get it to work but i took them off when it didnt work. thought the admin perm would do it all and it was just bugged but i did put them back on and tried again and still nothing. i tried the verbose command and i got

The lp verbose command will enable logs for permission checks. After that try to make the sign, this will show you if you are missing a permission.

When the sign setup is not working, you have no message in chat or console right?

i get a message saying "stored location of item" when hitting a chest with redstone but when i hit the sign nothing happens at all

Can you screenshot the sign you are trying to setup? Does a [heal] sign works? Do you have an economy plugin installed?

to my suprise the heal sign actually worked

oh and im playing pixelmon and it has its own money system that im assuming i can hook it up to?

so i need a economy plugin and the bridge pluigin? or only the bridge plugin cuz pixelmon has its own economy

also would https://wiki.pixelmongenerations.com/index.php?title=PixelmonEcoBridge this be better for me since imk playing pixelmon generations? sry for the trouble im rly new to this

I'm not a pixelmon expert, but looks like you need both economy plugin and bridge. If you use generation then you should use their version indeed

I'm having the same problem, but I'm not using LuckPerms. I'm using TotalEconomy for currency, as well as the Nucleus and PayDay plugins. Please help!
