What to do when enough trials have been done #3

After API becomes confident enough in each of its comparisons, what should it do then? What if there is one comparison that lingers around 60% but has exceeded its allotted trials? Do we just continue that comparison in short bursts (of about 10 trials or so)? I don't know if API already does this.

Having too many trials is not the problem.
