I am not 100% which change fixed it, but here is a summary of what I changed.
[ ] imported deconstructed User from the model
[ ] added the word "export" to export the User class
[ ] edits saltLicks to SaltRounds (this was unlikely to have any effect on the seeding)
[ ] edits the tableName to 'users' instead of "users".
[ ] added the word "export" to export the Recipe class
[ ] uncommented the seeds index.ts
[ ] uncommented the model index.ts with only the User model active and exported the Recipe model
[ ] imported sequelize from config/connection instead of the model in the server.ts file
[ ] removed trailing commas from the user-seeds
[ ] changed the name of the extra user.ts from user 2.ts to newuser.ts (do we need this file?)
[ ] commented out the seedRecipes function to test seedUsers only and imported sequelize from config/connection
[ ] When this pops up, wait a few seconds for the seeds to populate.
