Exclude help pages from internal / obsolete functions #53

There are a number of functions that are external or practically obsolete, e.g. the neutral model or the Leipzig functions.

I would like to keep the help files, but they should not show up in the main help index (that shows if you click on index below the help)

Check if Roxygen has an option to exclude these functions from the package index and if so do so. If you don't know which functions, ask again

I removed a few of those completely - I think remaining are mainly the neutral model, leipzig model, not sure what else
