Provide environment from R #58

Should be possible to provide the matrix with the environmental values from R

Done in the speciation mechanism branch. You can now provide two matrices from R which determine the airtemp. and the soil moisture. The latter is not fully implemented in the c code so far, so this value is always set to 1 (as before) when no matrix is provided.
