Accurate KE Score Bar #123

just to make it more accurate, size is now 16 when KE Score Bar is on, and it shows up like this

I'd do ratings too but I'm probably gonna make an entire class for ratings rather than letting them stay on PlayState, would make it kinda longer than it should be, if I ever do it, I will make a Pull Request
